Fivetwo Outcomes (FTO) recently provided drafting and project management support to an engineering company on the design and creation of construction plans for the DAAI Christian Church parking lot in Euless, Texas.

Working closely with the Engineer of Record, FTO’s role was to:

• Draft and develop permit-ready construction plans for the proposed parking lot improvements.

• Coordinate communication and submittals with the City of Euless, ensuring city standards and requirements were fully addressed.

• Manage project timelines efficiently, helping the engineering team respond quickly to city feedback and resubmission needs.

Thanks to this collaboration, the construction plans received full approval from the City of Euless after just two submissions. The Engineer of Record’s design expertise, paired with FTO’s quick drafting turnaround and efficient project management, made the approval process smooth and effective.
